• Hosts: Registered users who list spots for rental.
• Renters: Registered users looking to book a spot for content creation, including but not limited to photographers, content creators, models, and videographers.
• Content: Any form of media, including images, videos, and text.
• Collective Content: Includes all content from Hosts, Renters, and Finding The Spots displayed on the platform.
• Booking Request Period: The time frame in which a Host can accept or decline a booking request from a Renter.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Finding The Spots, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and commit to complying with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must stop using our platform immediately.

3. Registration and Account Management

To rent or book a spot, you must create an account. The information provided must be complete and accurate. Creating multiple accounts or providing false information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. User Requirements

The use of Finding The Spots is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5. Responsibilities of Hosts

6. Responsibilities of Renters

Renters must use the rented spots solely for the purpose specified in the booking request and adhere to the Host's guidelines. Obtaining any required permits or permissions for filming or content production is the sole responsibility of the Renter.

7. Payments and Fees

All costs are clearly stated at the time of booking. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers in accordance with European standards. Bypassing our payment platform to avoid service fees is strictly prohibited.

8. Cancellations and Refund Policy

The cancellation policy varies per listing and is specified at the time of booking. If a Renter cancels, they may receive a full, partial, or no refund, depending on the timing of the cancellation. If a Host cancels a booking, Finding The Spots reserves the right to offer the Renter a full refund and impose penalties on the Host.

10. Limitation of Liability

Finding The Spots solely acts as a platform connecting Hosts and Renters and is not responsible for any damages or liabilities arising from the use of a rented spot. This includes, but is not limited to, loss, theft, damage, personal injury, or accidents at a rented location.
